Peter MannPresident Peter Mann received his BA degree in Cinematography and Business from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, 1978; then acquired his California Real Estate Broker License, 1979. Thereafter, Mr. Mann engaged in real estate acquisitions of multi tenant buildings composed of one to five offices combining large warehouses with sky lights, a restroom, lots of power and large rear roll up loading doors with each space customized for the individual needs of each businessman. Mr. Mann has been a creator of working, professional, manufacturing, and distribution space for the average sized start up business. Mr. Mann created Metrovest.net, CityofLaVerne.com and other websites to inform businessmen of what is available to lease for their businesses. Mr. Mann has over thirty years of hands on experience in financial analysis, financing, purchasing, developing, leasing, marketing and managing multi-tenant industrial “incubator spaces” and has developed or purchased these “industrial projects” over the years for privately held limited partnerships. Mr. Mann specializes only in the Southern California real estate market. |
Laurence KamisherVice President – Investment and Management Born in Los Angeles, CA, Larry Kamisher attended Cal State Northridge majoring in Business Administration. Before joining Metrovest Property Management, Larry served 22 years as Vice President of Master Protection Enterprises. Since 1994, he has been the Vice President of Investment and Management here at Metrovest Property Management. |
