President

Peter Mann graduated from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles in 1978, majoring in Cinematography and Business Law. Peter received the California Real Estate Brokers License from Anthony Real Estate Schools in Los Angeles, CA in 1979. As President of Metrovest Property Management, Peter Mann is primarily engaged in real estate acquisitions of multi-tenant commercial and industrial projects in Southern California. Over the years Peter has acquired, developed, constructed, leased and managed multi-tenant projects, bulk condominum purchase projects, and diverse industrial and commercial real estate for privately held limited partnerships in California.

Larry Kamisher

Vice President – Investment and Management

Born in Los Angeles, CA, Larry Kamisher attended Cal State Northridge majoring in Business Administration. Before joining Metrovest Property Management, Larry served 22 years as Vice President of Master Protection Enterprises. Since 1994, he has been the Vice President of Investment and Management here at Metrovest Property Management.

Betty Homan

Controller

Betty Homan has been Controller for Metrovest Property Management since March, 2003. She was born in Nebraska and attended Wayne State College in Wayne, NE, majoring in Business Accounting.

Dino Lamela

Dino Lamela

Project Manager / Sales and Leasing

Dino Lamela was born in the Philippines in Quezon City in Manila. In 1990, Dino moved to the United States and later attended the University of California in Santa Barbara, where he received a degree in Communication and Sports Management. Ironically, after taking a real estate class in his sophomore year, Dino realized a career in real estate was what he wanted to pursue.

Lisa Ramirez is a Sr. Project Manager in charge of office, industrial, and warehouse leasing for Metrovest Property Management. Lisa has been active with Metrovest since 1995. She went to Mt. San Antonio College and is active within the local community.

Garrett Mann

Project Manager

Garrett Mann is a Project Manager at Metrovest Property Management in charge of technology, internet communications, and web marketing. He has been finding new ways to leverage the use of technology in the real estate industry at Metrovest since 2001. He is currently attending Saddleback College in pursuit of his MBA.
